Ela’s Hair Salon And Spa was born in Europe in the 1990s — not as a business idea, but as a genuine love for making people feel their best. That care for the person sitting in the chair has stayed with us ever since.
Today, we welcome clients at our Palatine salon and our Lake Villa studio. Two locations, one approach: listen first, then deliver results that feel right for you. We take the time to understand what you want — and how your hair, skin, and style actually work — before we touch anything.
We’re a team, not a chain. Every person on our staff brings their own expertise, and together we cover everything from haircuts and color to facials, nails, waxing, lashes, brows, and spa treatments. You don’t have to go anywhere else.
